Brand & Activation Manager Globally
Besitos is a privately owned design-led, gift brand headquartered in London. We create innovative luxurious products in the soft toy, accessory and baby categories that are loved around the world. We have an established and growing global customer base and we work with our partners to maximize the potential and reach of Besitos throughout, sharing joy as we go!
As we continue to grow throughout worldwide, we continue to develop and improve the presence and awareness of our brand. As a result, we are hiring dedicated operational talent to help us with tactics immediately.
As part of the Operations Team, the Inventory Specialist we are looking for is someone with experience in inventory allocation, system capabilities, and purchase order management. This role will support sales, marketing, operations, and fulfillment strategies.
Who you are:
You’re a curious problem solver who can bring big ideas to life. You’re creative and scrappy but can navigate a multi-national organization with ease. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Allocate inventory to retailer purchase orders
-
Purchase Order management including reserving inventory and PO changes
-
Inventory accuracy between 3PL and the Besitos system
-
Inbound Purchase orders tracking and goods receipt
-
Own the unproductive inventory process within Operations
Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Behaviors:
-
3+ years relevant experience with purchase order management and allocations.

Experience with sales & operations planning.
-
Business Analyst experience with ERP systems
-
Contribution focused with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
-
Ability to communicate effectively with a range of business stakeholders.

Strong economic thinking & financial acumen.
-
Knowledge in Excel and Power Point.
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

In the Beginning
Once upon a time, in a cozy workshop nestled amidst a London old street, a toy lover Erin discovered her passion for creating soft, huggable companions. Her dream was simple yet profound: to craft plush toys that would evoke warmth, joy, and a sense of connection.
The Birth of Besitos
In the year 2013, with a handful of colorful fabrics, a sewing machine, and boundless imagination, Erin and Sophie founded Besitos. The name itself held a promise—a promise of love, tenderness, and the sweetest kisses. They envisioned their plush toys becoming cherished friends for children and adults alike.
The Besitos Aesthetic
Besitos’ design philosophy was rooted in simplicity and elegance. Their plush animals weren’t just toys; they were enchanting characters with expressive eyes, velvety fur, and a touch of whimsy. No charge until shipment
We will never charge your card until your order has been shipped, and we will email to confirm when your order has been shipped and we are ready to charge your card.
At the time of placing your order, we authorise your card, to verify that funds will be available when the order is shipped. This is a process whereby your bank will place a reserve on your account for the purchase value of your order. The reserve will be removed after a number of days determined by your own bank. If you wish to find out more about your bank’s policy for releasing reserves, please contact them directly.
Convenience for returning customers

The Token System is a safe way of keeping card details for future reference without actually storing them. Your card details are never saved on our website, but we allow you to save a secure token or “alias” with which you can refer to your previous payment cards processed by SagePay. This gives you the convenience of checking out without typing your full card number every time without compromising on card data security which remains protected by full Level 1 PCI DSS compliance.
