YOUR ORDER
Our orders are shipped from the China, and we will aim to dispatch your order from our warehouse within 5 working days. As soon as your order is on its way to you, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking information. Cut-off times apply to both standard and express delivery options (4pm China time).
Please allow an extra 5 working days onto your estimated delivery time for any personalised item(s) to allow our team time to embroider your item(s).
Every effort will be made to achieve the estimated delivery times quoted at checkout. If you do need something by a certain date, please consider using our express service option. If your package arrives too late, please do not hesitate to take advantage of our fuss-free returns policy.
In all cases, exceptions exist for remote areas and delivery times vary from country to country. We provide estimates to help you plan your orders, but we cannot promise or guarantee delivery times because of factors outside our control.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Shipment dates are estimates with which our couriers work to achieve. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e., severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.
Remote areas are subject to an additional 5-10 days.
